about us
Chaudhry Abdul Majeed is the owner of Faisal Town Phase 2 and a well-known name in Pakistan’s real estate sector. He came from a modest background near Faisalabad with no prior business or land connections, moved to Islamabad in the early 1990s, and built his career from the ground up by learning land laws and RDA regulations, eventually being ranked among the top 3 private real estate developers in Pakistan behind only Bahria Town and DHA. He serves as chairman of Faisal Town Group Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Zedem International) and has also served as chairman of MPCHS, with a track record that includes projects in E-11, F-17, and B-17. Faisal Town Phase 2 itself spans 80,000 kanals (with plans to expand to 200,000 kanals) between Chakri Road and the Lahore-Islamabad M-2 Motorway, with its master plan designed by the Meinhardt Group and development carried out by Zedem International. One important caveat: the project’s NOC has not yet been approved by Punjab authorities, and it’s not currently on RDA’s list of approved housing societies — so if you’re considering investment, it’s worth independently verifying the legal and NOC status before proceeding, since most of this information comes from developer/marketing-affiliated sources.
